What your pencil portrait will include -
A basic pencil portrait may include from 1 to 3 people, and can be done in several sizes (see chart below). The penciled area will be of the head and collar area. The head and collar area will be approximately 6" high for one person on 9 x 12 (see example). Image size will vary with the size of the finished piece, and as appropriate for artistic composition. If I am creating a montage for you (a pencil portrait with 2 or more separate pictures being used) I am accustomed to using my own artistic license in order to create a classic timeless treasure that I am sure you will love. I leave sufficient space around the penciled area for you to get your portrait matted before you frame it. I have found that most people like to choose their own matting to suit their personal style. In the future I may offer a basic matt for those who do not have a preference.

Gift Certificates -
Would you like to give someone a pencil portrait except you don’t have the picture(s) on hand? Do you want it to be a surprise but they have just the right photo? Or do you just want to leave the photograph choices to them? Then give them a gift certificate for any amount below that you wish.

A beautifully wrapped gift certificate with an enclosure card from you will be shipped to you or them according to your wishes. It will be sent out within a week. If it is being sent to them for a special occasion please specify when you would like it shipped. Gift Certificates are non-refundable and are good for two-years from the date purchased.

What form of payment we accept -
We use PayPal to take my on-line orders, and you may pay with your credit card. You need not be a PayPal member to place your order.

To place your order, select the portrait size or gift certificate you wish and click "Add to Cart". You may change your quantity from the Cart page. Once you place your order, you must send us the photo(s) you want to use. You can do this by email by sending us a message with the photo attached.

 Payment -
A 50% deposit is due to start the work (non-refundable).

Clicking the "Add to Cart" link will add the item's 50% deposit to your shopping cart. If you are purchasing a gift certificate the entire amount is added to your shopping cart. When you are ready, click "Check Out", and finish your order.

When your portrait is complete we email you a proof, upon your approval, we will then invoice you for the balance.

Prices include a $10 shipping fee. If you are local to me and I am able to deliver your order personally, your $10 shipping will be returned to you.

My gift to you for referrals -
Any referral from you that results in a purchase will be rewarded to you in the form of a $20 refund on your next purchase. If you refer two people your refund will be $40 on your next purchase if you refer 3 it will be $60…and so on. Referral refunds are non transferable and the referral needs to let me know you were the one who referred them to me. Your refund will be deducted at the end of the sale when you would normally be charged the other 50%. Instead of being invoiced for the full 50%, I will invoice you for the correct amount depending on how many refunds you have earned.

When your portrait is complete we email you a proof, and upon your approval, invoice you for the balance plus shipping.
